Multilanguage Onlineshop

If you have acquired another linguistic licence or another registration number for a language, you call the mask for your registration again. You find this under the menu point language / registration.

The respective linguistic change bzgl. of the Onlineshop language or " your language " (user's guidance of the software) takes place as well under the menu point language / registration.

You can see their language attitude valid in each case also under the menu point file / settings / language.

With a change on a new Onlineshop language all linguistic-dependent inputs are actualized in the general settings of the GS ShopBuilders

If necessary a restart of the GS ShopBuilders is required.                 

This concerns, e.g., the mask FTP (file / settings / FTP), because you must publish the Onlineshop for different languages at least in different server catalogues.Therefore, they must give your access data FTP not in each case a new, but change simply the Onlineshop language.

Linguistic-dependent texts in the Content pool   

In the Content pool you find preopposed standard texts. If you have acquired another linguistic licence, here you can put on the appropriate texts for every dialect.

The respective linguistic allocation is marked by a linguistic contraction.       

Mark an already existing entry with the mouse and operate then the right mouse key. Here you choose the menu point  translate.

Multilingual article records  

If you have acquired another linguistic licence, you go forward for putting on the article records best like in the follower:  

They copy an already existing article (edit / articles copy) and insert this then directly highly or below the already existing article. In this way the prices or also the picture files are already taken over etc and you must only your texts (article name adapt description etc).

The language valid in each case for the article record is indicated by a linguistic contraction (e.g., deu or eng.).  

Attention: clarity of the article number    

Fundamentally the article number must be unique. Exclusively bzgl. of the different Onlineshop languages the same article number can be used repeatedly.
