Run the Adminarea
In the Menue links you found a direct link to the Adminarea.
Your Standard-Browser is started and when you have an Connect to the Internet, you show the Login-Site now.
The Accountdatas are:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Adminarea Settings (i.e. Altered the Account Data)
You should be change your Account Data directly. Go for this to Settings / edit. You found here a Button to edit the Username and the Password of your Adminarea. A new Window is open.
The new Username you can direct insered. By altering the Password you be ask for a repeat of the Password and the Entry from the old Password. Click following on "Refresh". Was it possible to alter the Accountdata, you now become a corresponding Message.
On Settings / edit you can beyond choose between English or German from a Listbox for the Screenlanguage of the Adminarea.
In addition you can allege how many Datarecords are displayed in the Summaryschema for the Customerdatas and Shoporders.
Customer Info
The Addressdata from the Shoporders are are stored under customer's info.
Under Customerinfo / edit you found a Chart of Customer addressing data with multiple Searching options.
The separate entries you can direct delete 
or edit 
Click on "edit". Now you see the detailed Adress datas. All informations , they are insered from the Customer by his Shoporder (i.e. ddress for account, delivery address...) are represented here .
Besides a password was automatically constructed. You can inform of this password your customer, if you offer a customer Login .
The access data user's name (email address of the customer) and password if you must inform now your customer. If your customer has logged successfully so he has to edit the possibility his own addressing data directly; besides he can also give a new password. Now in the purchase order form all existing addressing data are read; the customer must not fill out these fields any more.
Alternatively you can put on the customer also in your customer addressing data base manually, choose moreover customerinfo / add.
Do not forget by all changes bzw. by add a new customer'd data set to click on Save.
Shoporders
Under Orders / look you find at you first a chart with all Shoporders with different searching options.
Near the text fields for the search a date default is available to you as other filters.For this click on 
.
It opens a new window for the date default to itself:
You can tie together the search of the entered Shop orders after the date also with the other searching options.
You can delete the Shop orders directly in the chart or you can have a look at the separate Shop orders. An edition of the Shop orders is not possible.
Click on "data consider"; Now they see all detailed information to the respective Shop order.
News area
Under Moduls / News if you can define text for a news ticker and for other news.
Under news ticker you give the text for your scrolling text. The news ticker appears, e.g., on your start site; this can be represented according to Template differently.
At short notice you can deactivate the news ticker also; besides you can give speed for the scrolling text freely. With the fact is considered that the news ticker with rising number is slower.
Indication: the news ticker is not supported by all browsers.
Under Moduls / News / add give first a title and the text for your news message. For every new news message you must give compellingly a start date and a final date. Click moreover in each case on .
It opens a new window for the date default to itself.
About this date default the adjusting of the news messages on your Shop pages is automated.
If you have already defined several news messages, you can carry out about the text field index an assortment of this news; i.e., you fix yourselves the order of the news in your representation.
Besides you can fix a picture for every news message. Click moreover on picture uploading. It opens a new window to itself:
Click now on "searching" and select search JPG-, GIF-or PNG file of your hard disk. Afterwards you must still operate the button "transferring"; now the picture file becomes uploaded on your web server.
Please, pay attention that the width of these pictures does not cross approx. 100 pixels, because only a table column of your Shopseiten is intended for the news messages.
As far as you get a mistake message with the high shop of the pictures that you have no authorization, you must set manually with another FTP program the rights of the files indicated in this mistake message or files bzgl. of the "writing". Ask if necessary your provider.
Statistic
Under modules / statistics you find different statistic evaluation possibilities for your Shop orders.
In the representation of bar graphs you can see the following statistics: -
- View article group: how frequently certain goods groups were called
- View article: how frequently separate articles (while clicking the detailed side) were called
- mostly sold articles
- Sales
- most-searched notion: here it is specified after which notions the customer in your Shop has looked.
Statistic evaluation of the most frequently called articles
In all statistics masks you find the same attitude possibilities:
- Dimension of picture area: size of the bar graph
- Picture adjustment: horizontal or vertical adjustment of the bar graph
- Beam representation: simply shades or with colour course
- Evaluation: choose between TOP 10, 20 or 50
You can give the period for your statistic evaluation arbitrarily. Give in each case a start date and a final date .
