Dynamic PHP-Extensions (GS ShopBuilder Pro Plus)

For using the dynamic Extensions from GS ShopBuilder Pro, first you must under File/Settings / PHP activate the dynamic Extensions by mark the correspnding Checkbox. B e sure, PHP is sponsored by your Provider. Ask him for this future.

Afer you marked the Checkbox  "PHP-Extensions", you can define what dynamic Options  you want to use.

Aktivate History of last Products
Clicks your Customer in your Onlineshop on a Detail Site for an Product, he can see by Navigation through the Onlineshop on all Waregroup Sites and all other Detail Sites this Product on the end of the Site.

Product Picture, Product Name and Price is displayed in Table Format.

Maximal three of last shown Products are displayed in this History.

• Activating Newsticker
• In the Adminarea later you can define a Text for the Ticker . The Newsticker appears for example on the Startsite;  this can be depending on Template different displayed.

Note: The Newsticker is not Supported by all Browser.

• Activating Newsarea
  In the Adminarea you can define a any number of News.For News you can set Text and/or Pictures.For the News you define about the date specification the connection.
  

• Activating Formatted Email Validation
  As far as you activate this Checkbox, your Customer find on the Orderform Site another Listbox Email-Format. About this the Customer can choose whether he the Validation Email become as Text or HTML.
  In respect of the formatted Emails in HTML you can define a Logo, too, wich is integrated in the Validation Email.For this save the desired Picturefile as GIF-Format with the name gssb_emaillogo.gif. into the Folder onlineshop/images.  I.e. you overwriting the aviable File.
  
  

Customer Login
When you activate this Checkbox appearance Textfields for the Customerlogin on the Startsite.

When your Customer allways accomplish a Shoporder have been this Datas into the Customerarea on your Webserver saved, so is alredy generated an Password. The Username against is every the Emailaddress from the Customer.Alternative you can enter the Customer in your Customer Database manually.

This Accountdata Username and Password you must now tell to the Customer. Has the Customer taken a suggesfull logon, so he has the chance to edit his own Addressdatas directly; additionally he can an own Password define. Into the Orderform now be all exist Addressdatas read in; then the Customer don't fill out this Fields.

PHP-Coding

Your Webserver must have install either the PHP Crytmethod ZEND or IonCube; otherwise yo cant use the Dynamic Extensions from the GS ShopBuilder.

Diagnostic-Tools

With the two Buttons IonCube and Zend you can test directly, if one of this two PHP Cryptmethods alredy is installed on your Webserver.

For this first you must publish your Onlineshop; an Transfer of the PHP Extensions for this is not needet. At first proof that Zend or IonCube alredy is installed, bevor you transfer the PHP-Extensions.

In addition you find the Checkbox "in extenso".When you have this activate and following click on the Button "other", you find an Sumarrysite with important Links of your Onlineshop, i.e. the Startside (Home), Sitemap.. or the current  Links for the Pricesearchmachins or to the Diagnosetests for Zend or IonCube. By non activation from the Checkbox only the Lins Startside, Sitemap etc. are displayed.

Database-Webserver

Analog to the defaults under FTP you define here the Accountdata for your MySQL- Database. The Host can be identical with the Webaddress; this is not mandatory yet.

In addition you must declare the Name of the Database as soon as the Username and the Password.

For this must naturally first the Database be installed on your Webserver.

The necessary  SQL-Script dynsb_empty.sql you find i.e. in the Folder phpextensions/zend/sql.

Maybe you don't have authorisations to create Databases on your Server; ask your Provider to do it for you.

When the SQL-Script is unaltered, the name of the Database is dynsb.
