Define of the Contents

With the efficient Content Managment in the GS ShopBuilder Per you administer the texts and other contents of your Shop pages yourselves.

Define arbitrarily many Contents. With the Content of managers you can treat the product descriptions to your line of products or other information completely separately. Eight different - can be assigned to every separate goods group arbitrarily extensive - Contents.

No borders are now set to the quite individual organization theirs Shop-or catalogue sides!

The Contents define and maintain you in the Content pool which you can call either in the menu "View" or directly about the Switchbox:

In the Content pool different Contents are already preput, among other things for Basket, BuyText, CondText etc.

Please, do not delete this Contents and do not change also the Content name. These Contents are required for the complete functional character of the GS ShopBuilders.

They find in each case example texts or indications which information you have to meet here.

Go through all Contents in particular and put your own texts.

From special importance are the following Contents:

AnswerSubject: reference the confirmation email for the customer
AnswerText: content the confirmation email for the customer
meeting you here no information, so your customers get no email confirmation of the Shopbestellung.

HomeContent1-3: contents for the homepage (page main. htm)

These Contents appear exclusively on the start side of your Onlineshops.

Content 1-8: contents for the catalogue sides (page shoppage. htm)

The Contents 1-8 stand for different positions: Content 1 and 2 usually appear below the goods group links, Content 3-4 or Content 5-6 are illustrated above or below the articles, Content 7-8 appear below NEWS.

Test the positions of the Contents, because these can be also different with the different Templates.

If no own Content is defined, the preopposed standard text is taken over in each case.

Define own Contents

The standard texts can be changed or be deleted. Besides many new Contents with arbitrary text content can be defined arbitrarily.

All HTML orders can be used for the text decoration.

In order to put on a new Content you operate in the ContentPool the right mouse key and choose here from the context menu the order "New".

It opens a new window while the Content name to itself and the wished content is given.

The content of the Contents is returned in the lower table field of the " Content pool ".

TXT files can be also used for the text import. Moreover the badge "importing" is clicked.
Then about the context menu (manipulation of the right mouse key in the text field " Content pool ") can be deleted the different Contents or be changed.

Contents assign

Now under Content can assign of every separate goods group Different text content are assigned:

IIn the tree structure of the fixed goods groups the wished goods group is marked by mouse click. Here appear in the middle table column the Keywords (Content 1-8). In the right table column the Content pool is returned, i.e. all standard texts as well as the Contents already defined by you.

With the mouse the wished Content on the appropriate Keyword is pulled. Now the " Content name " appears in the middle table column under "Content" with the appropriate Keyword.

Test the positions of the Contents, because these can be also different with the different Templates.
