Attach the Article

Mark first in the hierarchical tree structure the wished goods group.

You can activate the separate records by mouse click. The activation is indicated you by the change of the background color from gray after white. Now they can treat the record, give i.e., your articles.

Every record exists of the following text fields:

Textfield Articlenumber
Indicate here the article number of your product. If you use no article numbers, you simply release this field.

Attention: the article number is to be given compellingly. This must be unambiguous; you may use the same article number only for the articles in different dialects of the Onlineshops. Farther the article number may contain no special characters; use only numbers and letters.

If you do not want to renounce nevertheless the input of special character, you can also lift this regulation. Under file / settings / order side you find for this an appropriate check box. However, in this case we cannot guarantee the complete functional character of the order occurrence and the dispatch of the Shoporder by email.

Linguistic contractions
Because you can use the GS ShopBuilder in several languages, find to every article a linguistic contraction, e.g., deu or closely. This means that articles with the linguistic contraction deu are published only with the chosen Onlineshop language German (changeover in the menu point language). They can put on the same article as deu and closely; while publishing the Shops are treated this kind then completely separately.

Text fields article designation / variant / description  
Put down here in the high text field the name of your product.

You can use the next input field, as far as you would like to define article variants. Variants represent article qualities dependent on price. I.e. if you want to fix different prices, e.g., for different sizes. This variant description text appears in the finished Onlineshop in a craft box. If the Shopkunde from this craft box chooses, the appropriate price marking is automatically adapted. Read moreover also farther in the section variants.

Textfield Price
Indicate here the price of your product without currency symbol. You had specified (this already with the general settings). With the quotation only the information with comma is valid, also, e.g., 10.50.
