Export from Catalog datas

The following symbols are available to you in the tools border of the GS ShopBuilders for the export of your catalogue data as a text or CSV file:    

You can meet other settings for the export bzgl. of the separators or field limitations under file / settings / export.       

The default settings for this export are already given:  

For the export of the catalogue data you click in the tools border one of the following symbols for the export as CSV-or TXT file:  .

Now it opens to itself a window for the choice of the export file:

Two export files are preput normally in the GS ShopBuilder:     

• all.sbexp ( the whole catalogue existence is exported )
• ewws.sbexp (it are exported only for the goods economy software GS eWWS to relevant records)

They can also put together own export files. Open moreover the file all.sbexp with a text editor. Delete superfluous columns designations and store the file under another name in the file "export" in the installation path of the GS ShopBuilders.  

For the choice of the export file THEY mark this with the mouse and click afterwards on the badge "opening".

Now you must still give an aim file for the export files:     

Open afterwards, e.g., Excel; now TXT-or CSV files you can have a look. The whole article existence is stored, e.g., in the file gssbcatalogue.csv or i gssbcatalogue.txt.
